A professional online auction, managed by a licensed auctioneer is held with constant monitoring and communication between us and you.
The online auction is marketed to a vast database of buyers through social media outlets, as well as other resources, reaching far more than a traditional estate sale, typically bringing in 3-4 times more value than a traditional estate sale.
After bidding ends, we manage all payments, as well as shipping of items sold and an organized pick-up service. Managed by reSettled Life team members, this appointment-only service helps to manage the amount of traffic in and around the home, so that all items are picked up safely and easily.
After the online auction is complete, we provide a detailed summary and present you with a check for your proceeds. On average, we’re able to sell 99-100% of all item listed at auction.
