DECLUTTER

Our teams aids the client and their family in the task of sorting through their belongings. We help to assess the client's situation and help them figure out which items can stay with the client and which items can go.

DOWNSIZE

Chances are, your new resident will need to downsize some of their belongings in order to properly function in their new space. Through our downsizing services, our team helps to go through all of their items, pack up what is moving with them and remove the items that are being sold, donated or tossed, so that your client can settle in seamlessly.

AUCTION

In order to clear out the home and get your new resident moved in with ease, the belongings that are left behind will need to be dealt with properly. Our professional auction team helps prepare the items  for auction and find new homes for them, so that the client doesn't have to worry about what to do with all of their stuff.

The Showroom

Your new resident has some items to sell — like collectibles, jewelry, artwork or furniture, but doesn't want to sell them directly. Drop the items off at our Showroom and reSettled Life will take care of the rest. Once an item sells, we will send clients a settlement statement and proceeds check.
